Affiliate Terms.
The written terms of the Chaptora affiliate program. No terms text is published on this page.
What this page is
This page is the address of the Affiliate Terms. The application form, the affiliate page and the emails of the program all link here, so the program has one address that does not move. The terms text is not published.
The rules the program runs on
The rules are stated in full on the affiliate page: a Commission of 15 % of the net list price for every paid month of a Referred user, recurring for as long as that subscription lasts; an attribution window of 60 days, in which the last Affiliate code seen wins; a pending period of 30 days before a Commission becomes due; a threshold of $100 in due Commissions before a Payout is made; and Payouts by bank transfer, PayPal or Wise. A sign-up with an Affiliate’s own email address is not a Referred user and earns nothing.
Self-billing
Chaptora issues a Payout statement for every Payout. It is a self-billed document, a Gutschrift in the sense of § 11 Abs. 8 UStG: Chaptora writes it, and it counts as the Affiliate’s invoice to Chaptora. The application asks for two separate consents, one to these Affiliate Terms and one to that self-billing procedure, and it cannot be sent without both.
Questions
An Affiliate has no Chaptora account and no login. Everything about the program arrives by email. Questions go to info@chaptora.com.
